How to borrow:
- Download the Muuse app (Apple Store | Google Play) or click on the Muuse weblink to complete user registration.
- Ask for a Muuse cup when you place your order.
- Scan the QR code on the cup to check out.
- Return the cup and lid at any of the five return stations within 30 days following the steps as shown on the app. Return stations are located at:
- One Pacific Place Office Lobby (alongside the recycling bins)
- Two Pacific Place Office Lobby (alongside the recycling bins)
- Park Court, Level L1 (adjacent to PURE Yoga, shop 101)
- Three Pacific Place, Level B3 (opposite SaladStop!)
Terms and Conditions:
1. The offers at the respective participating merchants are as listed above.
2. The offers are available during the respective opening hours of the participating merchants.
3. To enjoy the offers, customers are required to download the Muuse app and complete account registration successfully.
4. Customers can borrow Muuse reusable cups for free for up to 30 days from day of borrow. For any late returns, a charge of HK$80 per cup will incur via the payment details entered on the Muuse app. Customers will not be charged by Muuse without prior notification.
5. The above offers are applicable for purchasing coffee, tea, or beverages specified by the merchants at the participating shops as listed above.
6. The offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
7. The offers and opening hours are subject to change without prior notice. Please inquire at the participating merchants for the exact items included under this offer.
8. Should any disputes arise; the decision of Muuse and the participating merchants shall be final.
9. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
